I have tried every imaginative move I can and still cannot solve this one. Has it ever been solved? Thanks for any clues |

Richard I've gotten to the place above but screw up somewhere as I can never solve it. Also, I've been searching for instructions on how to open the solution Patricia sent. I was able to locate it once before but now I'm going in circles trying to find it. Thanks bunches, Patti |

From the above position take the 10H and the 7S down. That lets you play the 2H and 3H out and gives you an empty cell. Then go for the next screenshot position. Now go for the 8D. I'll locate instructions for opening Trisha's solution, and post them here tomorrow. |

Patti, In the "Is It Winnable" section, locate the "Midshipman 2129417087" thread. The instructions there are good. Everywhere it says Midshipman just substitute Eight Off. It's 00.30 now. Please post here and let me know if you got the download to function properly. |

Richard I know I must be missing some step somewhere. I followed the instructions for Midshipman 2129417087. I saved as "Eight Off_1033774785.pgs" changing the extension to pgs under all files. I saved it to a folder on my desktop. I opened the game I was playing, then went up to GAME/OPEN GAME and clicked on the pgs file and all it does is take me back to the beginning of the game and my moves are removed. **sigh** feeling so un necessary right now. Sorry I didn't get back to you last night. I know there's a big time difference between us. I'm in Florida USA. |

Trisha's uploaded solution works OK. I've just tried it. When it opens it WILL remove all your moves. Trisha left it with just a few moves to make before completion, (see screenshot). By the sound of things you did everything OK. Try again with my solution and see if that makes any difference.

Ken... Sorry for the delay in answering your question. I'm in Jacksonville, Fl. Well actually I'm about 9 miles north of Jax. I also know a Ken that lives right up the street. |
