For the benefit of any Action Solitaire players who may have missed it, as well as for anybody who is just curious... 
A new version of Action Solitaire was released last week. This version does not add any games, but it makes changes for compatibility with Vista, including a new help system and an attractive new program icon. It also improves the Help Center appearance and functionality.
This is a recommended upgrade for anybody who uses (or switches to) Windows Vista, and it is strictly optional for those on older versions of Windows. The download can be found here:

The new version is a free upgrade for all current Action Solitaire customers, and the download also provides a 30-day evaluation version for those who have not purchased yet.
