In canister, you can move and build cards that are down in rank reguardless of suit. In American Canister, the only difference is that you must build and move down in alternating color. Therefore, American Canister MUST be harder than Canister! How is it, then, that the help file rates Canister as 50% (Medium) and American Canister as 70% (Medium)? In the few games I played, I performed 1 out of 42 in American Canister and 5 out of 13 in Canister. |

The percentages in the help file are only estimates, especially for newer games. American Canister is a new game that hasn't had its percentage adjusted yet. The average at http://www.goodsol.com/stats/games/canister.html for Canister is 54% and http://www.goodsol.com/stats/games/american_canist er.html for American Canister is 1.2%
