I have being looking at the ten thousand club stats as see a couple of people have played freecell half a million times. I believe PGS started in 1998 so it works out at 50,000 games a year or 137 games a day so this works out at nearly 1 game every ten minutes day and night for ten years so people must love this game or am I being sceptical that the figures may not be genuine Paul |

I was about to jump in with both feet too Paul, but I decided to consult the Climb Mode stats for 101 first. This one surprised me and it is 100% genuine. Despite that I still share your scepticism about the half million club. |

there must be a trick to this as I cannot win any freecell game in under 9 seconds no matter how fast I go although I get close to this with the infamous game 2147483647 but i cannot see how any other game can be done this quickly. it is probably time for me to stop submitting my figures. |

I think you're a bit confused Paul. Gregg's time is his average time for the 11 games he played. His best time for a single game is 1 minute 3.6 seconds. That is remarkable but undoubtedly accurate. I'll not be trying to better it anyway. |
