Eight Off 1769903231 seems like it should be winnable, but I cannot fine the winning method. Has anyone tried this one? Does anyone have a feel as to what percentage of ramdomly selected Eight Off games are unwinnable? |

Basically. You copy the shortcut. Keep the Forum open. Then go the game (in this case Eight Off). Go to the list of things to do at the top of the page. Hit "Open Game". Then paste the file yopu have saved into the appropriate space. That's with WinXP. I think Richard also did one for Vista. For Mac. I have no idea. |

Pretty much the same in vista,. you just need to save the file not open it. I right click on it and save with some kind of file saver. Just make sure the extention stays a .pgs file to be recognized by the game |

>For Mac. I have no idea. Pretty Good Solitaire Mac Edition uses '.goodsol' files (not '.pgs'), so these are not usable on the Mac version. In other words, "You don't." On the other hand, saved games from PGSME, Goodsol 101, and Most Popular Solitaire are all interchangeable.
