Hello, Nadine,
since Napoleon's Square is one of my favorites I tried this game and have to admit that I can't find a solution either.
The problem seems to be that both club aces are inaccessible. Even as the club 4 and 3 come up there's no place to put them and thus no chance to free at least one club ace by moving the club 2 away from the top it :-(
