Also, Boudoir, Forwards and Backwards and British Canister. If you or anyone has a winning # for these or your first 4. I think Paul would agree, Ken |

Hi Camilla I would never use this number as it is a well known unshuffled pack so I know all games will come out but never use this one regards paul |

hi Richard thanks for this I have got it down to 15 left the only clues i have worked out so far do not play any jacks until the last deal and decide which is best do not play the 8h until the second deal first card on second deal do not play 2d until 2nd deal 3rd card on second deal this will ensure that qc is the last card to be played if you get to a winning position otherwise either the 8h or 2d will be the last card. now to keep trying regards Paul

hi down to 14 left the spades seem to be the problem as you need to get 10s out early in the last deal and the you get stuck as the 5s comes before you can get the spades down to the 6 Paul |

Hi Paul, Have been trying for a repeat win but no joy so far. Not sure about the Jacks strategy. Are you aware that after you play Jacks or Queens onto the foundations the spaces they vacate can be filled with other ones? Richard. |

Hi Paul, Here it's down to 10. Hope you may learn something from this. It's so frustrating when you have won it already, when you can't repeat. Also note that Kings can be played onto Aces, Richard. |

SCREEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAM, I just got it out again but it took me by surprise before I got a chance to save. BE VERY CAREFUL it registers a WIN at 96 and doesn't give you a chance to play the remaining cards to foundations. Richard. |

Hi Richard many thanks it is a strange ending i find you cannot drag a queen of spades to the king spades but works with a right click and then you do not get a chance to pay the last 2 cards as you get the winning music. still it is put to bed now hooray regards Paul |

Hi Paul, Who cares? Looks like the PGS software has a conscience and has awarded us a moral victory. I'd not worry unduly it the software in a bank Autoteller insisted in overpaying me. You've got a gold medal, rejoice! Scotland For Ever. Richard. |

I have a minor quibble with the winning solution posted for Boudoir. It seems the software recognizes a win at the score of 96, however the solution above would not lead to a win according to the objective in the rules. Here is a solution that would accomplish the objective. |

Hi Larry, Glad you said "minor" quibble. Having found this particular game and spent hours on it and advanced it to a degree that others could tinker with it to make an extremely small amendment, I still claim the first VERIFIABLE win for Boudoir. How many players would have given up on it and started another game? You will note that Paul Forsdick spent 6 hours on it and still didn't get the winning music. Anyway WE'VE cracked it, and I for one am glad to see the back of it. Richard. |

Back again, Just for the record,my stats show a win for this game for 13th Aug 2005, and until I posted the number more than a year later, no-one else appears to have done likewise. Richard. |
