I've been asked for a solution to this game so here it is. This is courtesy of Liz. I've not got the patience to play it incessantly until I get a winner. There are another two Accordion threads, (both spelled wrongly). One contains a solution that doesn't work properly. I don't appear to have had a reply from Thomas regarding this, so I'm assuming it was from an other version with a different format. |

Knowing that they are winnable is of very little help Paul. Unless you play them in the correct order they just won't oblige. The combinations of possible moves must be practically endless. I just get annoyed with it. |

It's a pity you'd not posted it sooner Paul. Liz has been playing it for days trying to get a solution for someone. I'd better not tell her. Without using your own instructions, how long do you think it would take you to re-win it? But please don't try it btw. I'm not that bothered about an answer. |

I'm not sure about that Ken. I have a vague recollection of Thomas saying that they were going to madify the existing and original Accordion so that the entire deck could be dealt out prior to starting the game. This didn't use to be the case. Previously you dealt out the maximum number of cards possible and just had to trust to luck that you we're going to use cards that you would need later in the game. I didn't realize that the game is listed as 2%. I am definitely not going to tell Liz that. Wouldn't want her to get the impression she is any use at PGS. Ha! She'll kill me if she ever sees this. |

The normal one I use to play was always winnable, I stopped after 104 wins. |

Accordion was modified several years ago so that the entire deck can now be dealt out at the start (assuming you are in a large enough screen resolution so that it will fit). |

Eagles eh? You could be the the American Bald Eagle,. Markus is clearly the German Eagle. It feeds mainly on sausages and has trouble with its weight. The Scottish Golden Eagle historically fed on Carrasius auratus to attain it's colour. It was so successful that that species is now extinct here, so our eagles must now drink loads of 8eer in order to maintain their colour. Scottish eagles are very happy birds. BTW Markus, on a UK quiz show yesterday, a contestant was asked what country Copenhagen was the capital of. His answer was Germany. You kept that quiet. |

Nor Germany neither Denmark were in the Commonwealth. How should he know. Internet without phones? How you post your messages and how are you writing your email? Ah, you are driving to England every day. I didn't know, that Scotland is that wild. |

Germany is still a country, and Copenhagen is certainly not it's Capital City. I couldn't believe that any adult could be as ignorant as he was. Everybody knows that's it's Munich. We have plenty of phone lines. They give the haggis indigestion. |
