Yes, FreeCell #1038437377 is winnable. I managed to do it. 
As a hint, I first cleared the 6th pile (from the left, 3rd from the right) down to the King of Diamonds, moving the 5H and 4C onto the 4th pile. Then, I moved the QC onto the KD and proceeded to empty the 5th pile. Using the 10H as a base (in the empty space), I was able to empty the 1st (leftmost) pile, so the Ace of Spades was the first Ace I freed. (At this point, I had the AS and 2S on foundations, with an empty space and full cells.)
