Correction: FreeCell on Pretty Good Solitaire. [http://www.goodsol.com] (Yes, the deals are the same. They are also the same on the Mac Edition, as well as Goodsol Solitaire 101, Most Popular Solitaire, and FreeCell Wizard.) The game is definitely tricky, but according to the FreeCell FAQ, it is solvable.

Hi Paul, thanks for your solution. Unfortunately, I don't understand your information. I apply the Standard FreeCell Notation (by Andrey Tsouladze) Free cells (upper row, left side) are named (left to right) a, b, c, d. Home (upper row, right) is h. Initial columns (lower row, left to right) are named 1 through 8. Example Moves: 1. Column one to column three: 13 2. Second freecell (b) to column five: b5 3. Column 4 to first (leftmost) freecell: 4a 4. Third freecell to home: ch etc. Your additional info will be greatly appreciated. Regards Hugo |

Hi Hugo I just use the actual cards so 5H is the 5 hearts and 6c is the 6 clubs so the first move is play the 5 hearts onto the 6 clubs C is Clubs D is Diamonds S is Spades and H is Hearts so when I say "9d up" this means you can put the 9 of Diamonds to any of the 4 cells UP on the left. when it says AS out the out means to can go to the foundations the right. I hope this helps |

Hi Paul Thanks for your additional explanation. I obviously failed with your absolutely easy understandable description of the mmoves because my thinking went in a Swiss-German way that is completely different from english, reason why I did'n find the clue! I finally made it and after all it looked so easy but only thanks to your help for the first moves. Than it went so smoothly. Thanks for your great support. No I will go on holidays until Christmas. But I now can spend the time much more relaxed, thanks to your help! With my very best regards. Hugo |
