2 decks of cards all face up
centre row 4 aces then 4 kings
one row either side of it contains all remaining cards shared evenly against 16 positions
objective : build up from aces down fron kings in suit order
1st card playable from and to all 24 positions
on outside 16 can build up or down by suit
can't reuse empty columns |

It sounds like a variation of Box Kite, which has only 12 piles on which to pack cards. |
