I think PGMJ has a great collection of made-from-Solitaire games, but I think PGMJ could use some new games in this department. My suggestions are as follows.
MahJongg Scorpion
12 piles of 11 tiles are dealt out onto the tableau (6 of the first 6 are face down); the object is to rearrange the tiles in sequence from Dragons to Suits to Winds, by moving any group of cards.
MahJongg Yukon
12 piles of increasing numbers of tiles plus 4 more tiles in each (the first 6 have an extra card) are dealt out; the object is to rearrange the tiles in sequence from Dragons to Suits to Winds, by moving any group of cards.
MahJongg Thieves
12 piles of 5 tiles are dealt out onto the tableau, and the rest into the stock; the object is to build the foundations from Dragons to Suits to Winds by arranging tiles down by suit on the tableau (no group moving) and then moving them into the foundations.
I think those could be valuable additions to the collection. |
