I'm playing Klondike Deal Three, game #35. Played all the cards from the stock, but it appears a card is missing. My score is 49 with zero in the stock and waste. 82 are showing on the screen and the 2 of circles is missing, keeping me from winning the game. I'm unable to do a screen capture to show you. |

played 35 also, with 3 card deal no chance of winning it. with one card deal no problem, so suspect problem with your deck. |

I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but the 2 of circles is missing. Do you or anyone else know how I can print the screen? "Print screen" key and Alt/Print Screen doesn't work. |

Thanks Paul. Too late to do that, though. I had exited and when I tried to open game 35 again I got an error message. When I again opened 35, it showed as unplayed. This time the 2 of circles showed up and I won |

Hi Roula thanks I to just won game 35 with 3deals and king only the first trick is not to play the 2d to the 3c but wait for the 2h then after both red foundations get to 2 put the Ks into the space and qd and do not play the 3d to the foundations as this is needed for the black 2 should be quite easy with these hints |

Hi Paul I actually didn't have a problem playing #35, in fact I had won it except for the 2 of circles that was no where to be found. It was apparently a "glitch" of some kind since it produced an error message when I went back to that "won" game. When I played it again from scratch, I won with no problem. Too bad I didn't know how to screen capture when the error occurred. Thanks for your help. |

>I'm playing Klondike Deal Three, game #35. Played all the cards from the stock, but it appears a card is missing. Which version of Pretty Good MahJongg are you playing? (PGMJ 2.1 was released last week.) If this problem happens again, please save the game ('Game|Save...' or [F6]) and send the saved game to the support address, along with any description of your actions that preceded the problem. (For example, let us know whether you played by dragging or using the right click, if autoplay was enabled, etc.) Thanks.

I was playing the new version and used right click and autoplay. If it happens again I'll save the game. |

Happened again. Here's the screen print...you'll notice that the 4 of circles is missing. I emailed it to the support address. |

>I think I got it this time. Notice that the 4 of circles is no where to be found. Oh, I believed you without the screen shot. What we really need is the saved game so we can try to figure out how this situation happened in the first place (and then fix the problem).

If ur 'printscreent' doesnt work, just use screen capture program. Its more easier.& it allows you to record your screen to video. |
