well, in the rules it says : "Strategerie is similar to Sir Tommy and Strategy. It was invented by George W. Bush especially for this game. "
I am not getting it. What was invented ? Game itself by George W. Bush (whoever it may be)
or IT was invented for this game. What is this IT.
Some clues ?

It is a joke in the help file.
Bush didn't invent the game, of course, but he *did* invent the word "Strategerie".
