I have thrice completed the webform to request my registration key, and sent four e-mails to "support@goodsol.com" -- all have been unanswered.

What must one do to get one's regkey?

I have answered every one, but you are clearly not getting them. Check any spam folders you may have as the replies may be getting filtered.

If that is not it, submit using another email address because the one you are using clearing isn't getting to you.
