Hi--I know this sounds like a strange question but what is the difference between the two games--Alliance and Matrimony? I've played both--I've won both once--and I just re-played MAtrimony and it seems the same as Alliance--am I missing something? |

The difference is at the end of the game. In Alliance, once the redeals are done you can build up or down by suit in the tableau. This allows you to free up blocked cards. You can't do this in Matrimony. You can win a lot more often in Alliance.
