No, the Elegant Card Set comes in the Pretty Good Solitaire regular download. It is now called the Default Card Set, it is what comes with Pretty Good Solitaire.
In some earlier versions (version 8.0 and 8.1), the card set which is now called the Royal Card Set was the default card set and the Elegant Card Set was a separate download. Now the Elegant Card Set is the Default Card Set and the Royal Card Set is a separate download.

Are you looking for the game software in Italian, or just for an Italian card set?
To my knowledge, neither exists yet, unfortunately. It cannot hurt to ask, though.
