Is there any way to turn off the sounds in PGS - they can be turned of in PGMJ but not that I can find in PGS. I like to listen to UK radio through my PC when I'm playing (in Australia) and the sounds of the game can sometimes be irritating - especially if I miss the punch line of some joke Magi |

When you open PGS, go to 'options', click on preferences, and then un-check the 'play sound' box, this should remove the sounds. Glad to hear that you listen to Radio 4, in the US there are not too many stations that have that kind of entertainment! |

Thanks, Mary, somehow I let that question slip by.

Thanks Mary - was sure I had looked everywhere - must be the dumb blonde bit of me!! Have turned off sounds now. If you want to listen to Radio 4 - here is the web site but be warned - it is addictive and uses up heaps of Mb in downloads - thanks again http://www.bbc.co.uk Magi |
